Cannot say enough good things about Tanya. She is everything you want in a planner. Organized, helpful, thoughtful, and experienced. She was a calming presence through any issues that came up. The lead up to the wedding is stressful - especially the last few weeks and I cannot imagine what it would’ve been like without Tanya. She handled vendor communication so well, even when it meant tracking down hard to reach vendors and made everything so much less stressful. She made it possible to enjoy the weekend instead of worrying about things like transporting menus and signs to the venue and doing set up. On top of that, she is just a warm and wonderful human and made the wedding process fun when she was involved. Her team was also wonderful on the day of. We love Tanya!!!

Our goal was to celebrate love in a warm, welcoming, inclusive way, and we have heard from so many of our guests that that was exactly what they experienced. I could not be more grateful, or recommend her highly enough. From the grand vision down to the smallest detail, Tanya was present, intuitive, organized, communicative, and all-around brilliant. I forgot to mention - we had three months to pull off a wedding with 80 guests, and she made it happen. When we couldn't find a florist who could craft me a flower crown in time, Tanya learned to make one herself, and it was *incredible* - just one example of her fairy-godmother-level skill in making dreams come true. Hiring Tanya and her team, was without a doubt the best decision we made for our wedding! Throughout the entire process, Tanya was always one step ahead of everyone else and she truly left no stones unturned—she had every single detail of the day covered/accounted for. Everyone we had talked to told us that no wedding goes off without some sort of hiccup, and we learned this as well. The day before our wedding we had a last-minute vendor issue that left us with incorrect linens and a dance floor that had unfortunately been damaged and could not be used. What could have been a meltdown moment for most couples became a complete non-issue for us - In less than 24 hours, she had the linens corrected and had sourced an identical dance floor through another vendor. She truly saved the day, and did it in a way that caused us zero stress before our big day!

A grounding force as we dealt with inevitable nerves and anxieties, great communicator with vendors, and handled a less-than-ideal day of weather so expertly that I can honestly say we preferred our wedding day to the perfectly sunny one we fantasized about. If you want a coordinator who will offer thorough support without ever stepping on your toes, she is the one!
MOB here, who was determined for her daughter and future SIL to have the wedding day of their dreams. This was no easy feat, given that I do not live in the same town. Tanya pulled everything together, kept all the lines of communication open, had back up plans on top of back up plans, and indeed, the perfect day came together without a hitch. Not having to worry about anything except enjoying it all and being completely present? Priceless.

The day of the event, Tanya and her team did an amazing job acting as the glue for all of our vendors and facilitating a great experience for all of our guests.
